How do I become a member of the Maroon Club?

You can become a member of the Maroon Club by making a gift of $25 or more to the athletic team or fund of your choice. A gift of $1,000 or more ranks you at The President’s Club level of giving. Please refer to Membership Benefits for a full listing of memberships.

As a Maroon Club member, how will I be kept updated about Fordham athletic teams and social events?

"Gridiron Weekly"," Rebounder’s Weekly" and "Athletics Weekly" are the official e-Newsletters of the Maroon Club. These weekly emails keep supporters of Fordham athletics informed on the team or teams they support, social events, fundraising issues, student athletes, alumni achievements and much more!

How will the Maroon Club relate to the already existing Gridiron, Rebounders and Diamond Clubs and Afterguard? Have these clubs been eliminated due to the creation of the Maroon Club?

Absolutely not. These support groups will most certainly continue to exist and function as they have in the past. The Gridiron, Rebounders and Diamond Clubs and sailing's Afterguard are vital to Fordham Athletics and the University.  The Maroon Club, rather than compete against these groups, is created to be an umbrella organization where all sports will be represented. The Maroon Club will allow, for example, a donor to the tennis team to realize the same benefits as those of a donor to men's basketball.

How will my gift or gifts be directed and how will they be used?

Your gift will be directed to the fund of your choice and will be used to subsidize the costs associated with recruiting, team travel, equipment, scholarships and other operating costs.  Gifts can also be used to establish endowments that will perpetually provide income for a team.
