Introduction to Graduate Housing
Welcome to Fordham Graduate Housing!
Currently we are accepting applications for the Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 semesters.
The process to obtain an apartment is simple. Just follow the steps below:
- Step #1: Look through the detailed description, floor plans, and photos of our studio and one-bedroom apartments. (Click here for studio and click here for one-bedroom). Also look at our extensive FAQ's section.
- Step #2: If you are interested, check the Application page to see if applications are being accepted. Click here
- Step #3: You will be asked in a follow up email for some addtional information, which you'll need to respond to. Responding to this request will put you on the list.
- Step #4: If there is a vacancy you will be contacted, we will provide you with the Residence Agreement to sign and will request payment from you.
