The Fordham University Pricing Center is a research institution dedicated to developing a better understanding of prices and pricing, from both academic and managerial perspectives. The Pricing Center conducts academic research and sponsors research and practitioner seminars, and also acts as an advocate for pricing education in business school curricula.

Each year, the Center hosts a conference focused on various aspects of pricing, and since 1998 over 100 research papers have been presented at the annual conferences. Selected papers from the upcoming 2002 conference may be considered for Journal of Product and Brand Managment. This year the conference is dedicated to the contributions of Russell S. Winer to pricing research.

The Pricing Center also sponsors a Ph.D. dissertation award for doctoral students conducting research in pricing.
