Since 2001, Fordham’s Philosophy program has had:

29 masters only graduates, with a median registered time to degree of 2.4 years

58 students earned a master’s degree en route to a doctorate, with a median registered time to degree of 2.4 years

19 students earned a doctorate with a non-Fordham master’s, with a median registered time to degree of 7.0 years

33 students earned a doctorate with a Fordham master’s, with a median registered time to degree of 7.4 years for both degrees.

INCOMING STUDENTS:

Of 27 admitted applicants for Fall 2009, 9 (33%) made up the entering doctoral cohort.
