Mr. Soneath Hor, IPED Class of 2003, is an Operations Officer with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group.  Soneath is a Cambodian national who spent 13 years living in refugee camps along the Thai-Cambodian border.  Upon graduation from the IPED program he assumed a position in Cambodia with the World Bank.  In that position he has been instrumental in assisting the government in designing its legal and regulatory framework for the development of the private sector in Cambodia.
