| TIME/LOCATION: |
9:30 a.m. - GSAS graduates line up on north side of Keating Hall on the Rose Hill campus |

10:00 a.m. - University Commencement procession begins onto Edward's Parade |
| |
12:15 p.m. (approx.) - Once the University Commencement finishes graduates line up in University Church basement |
| |
12:30 p.m. (approx.) - GSAS Diploma Ceremony procession begins in the University Church |
| |
|
| PARKING: |
There is parking on campus, but space is limited so please consider taking public transportation. |
| |
|
| GUESTS/TICKETS: |
Tickets are not required for either Commencement or the GSAS Diploma Ceremony, but please limit guests to 5 for the Diploma Ceremony because seating is limited in the University Church. |

|
| ANNOUNCEMENTS: |
After April 15th a packet of 5 announcements will be mailed to graduates from the GSAS Associate Dean's office. Please make sure your mailing address is updated on OASIS. Personalized announcements may be ordered from Herff-Jones at www.herffjones.com/college |

| CAP & GOWNS: |
Purchasing regalia: Contact Steve Clarke at Herff-Jones as soon as possible because orders take up to 8 weeks to process. Steve Clarke: 845-838-8999 or Thegraduateguy@aol.com

| PHOTOGRAPHS: |
Professional photographs will be taken by Island Photography (516-676-4567 or www.islandphoto.com) and will be available for purchase. Photos will include shots taken of graduates receiving their diploma, being hooded (PhD only), as well as a posed portrait. |

| DIPLOMAS: |
If you won't be attending the Diploma Ceremony you may contact Nicole Ammirati (718-817-3922) to get your diploma. Diplomas will not be ready until after Commencement. |
