Students Receiving Health Insurance as Part of Your Financial Aid Package

As part of the financial aid package, you were offered the Fordham basic health insurance.  You should have been contacted by USI Affinity Collegiate Insurance Resources, and they gave you directions on how to enroll in the plan.  Those directions included that you were to log on via the link (which is provided below) and type in your name and student ID number.  The system should recognize you as a GSAS financial aid recipient, and will not charge you for enrollment for the Fordham BASIC plan.  If you choose to add on a spouse, child, or extended coverage, you will be responsible for that difference in cost.

If you have already gone through the general insurance link for all Fordham students, and already paid using credit card (or you are an International student and have been billed), your charges can be reversed.  Please contact USI Affinity Collegiate Insurance Resources at (800) 322-9901 if you enrolled prior to August 20th, and used a credit card to pay (and should not be charged). 

If you are a financial aid recipient for GSAS, and the system did not recognize you as covered by the GSAS and the insurance company charged you, please bring in a copy of your enrollment confirmation to Lydia Ocasio in Keating Hall 216, so we can reimburse you through a check.
