HOUSING FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS

Fordham does not offer any on-campus housing options for GSAS students. Most GSAS students live off campus in non-University sponsored housing.  Here are some off-campus options:

University-Managed Apartments:

Arthur II (Bronx)

Arthur II is a University-operated graduate housing unit located at 2484-2488 Arthur Avenue, roughly two blocks from the Rose Hill campus. 

• Each apartment includes five furnished single bedrooms, one and one half bathrooms, a furnished living room and dining room as well as a full kitchen.
• There are 9 single-gender apartments, for a building total of 44 graduate students and 1 graduate manager.
• Rooms are available for 9 months ($7,265) or 12 months ($8,280).
• Payments are due at the beginning of the semester in both August and January (and May, if applicable).
• Only registered full-time graduate students will be considered for housing.
