The GSA is run by two executive officers, the president and vice president, who are selected by the GSA Council in the Spring. The Council is made up of representatives from each graduate department and program, and meets once a month during the academic year. Locations for all meetings will be announced at the beginning of the semester. Use the Events link to view meeting dates; they will also be posted on the blog at fordhamgsa.blogspot.com. All are welcome to attend Council Meetings.
As of Fall 2013, each student pays a GSA activities fee of $122 per semester, which goes directly to the GSA to provide a wide range of activities and services. These activities include, but are not limited to, conference travel grants, subsidized tickets to cultural events, and regular socials with food and drinks.
