As a GSAS student, you have many housing options. You have the option to apply for Fordham's GSAS Arthur II, just a few blocks away from the Rose Hill Bronx campus, or you may choose Graduate Fordham housing near Lincoln Center You may also seek out non-Fordham/Off-campus housing. This website will help you learn more about your options to decide which is the best fit for you.
Fordham's Residential Life Office can provide you with an off-campus listing of apartments that are within walking and/or commuting distance to Fordham.
GSAS provides a small online apartment listing, which is non-Fordham/Off-Campus housing, specific to GSAS students. You will need to register for log-in information by clicking on the left-hand navigation link "Web Site User Registration," and requesting the login name and password. You will then be given access to posts that your graduate peers have submitted. In order to protect your privacy and our available apartment listings, we restrict access to the lists on this site to current and incoming GSAS graduate students only.
