Dr. Brown is an Associate Professor.  She joined the faculty of the Graduate School of Education in 2009 from The George Washington University, Department of Educational Leadership and Policy. Prior to that she was a teacher educator at California State University, Dominguez Hills in Los Angeles.  Dr. Brown has taught and consulted abroad in Europe and Asia.  She completed her PhD in Education in 2004 after 20 years of teaching and school administration in both public and private schools.
