Dr. McCray’s research interest includes multiculturalism and building level leadership.
He is also interested in urban education and the academic achievement gap. He has published multiple referred journal articles in outlets such as the Journal of School Leadership, International Journal of Education Policy and Leadership, the Journal of Cases in Educational Leadership, Urban Education, and Values and Ethics in Educational Administration.
