Fordham instructional coaches are active practitioners with demonstrated expertise in their field. They stay up-to-the-minute on new developments in education including the Common Core State Standards, teacher evaluation including the Danielson model, student assessment and data-driven instruction.

Each coach is matched to the school, its pedagogy and its culture. A thoughtful conversation with school leaders ensures support that is aligned with the school philosophy, instructional methodology, and materials in use. We create a good fit between the coach and school community.
