ID Card Information

New Students

As a student of Fordham University, you are required to obtain a university photo identification card. This magnetically encoded photo ID card will be your official University ID for the length of the academic year at Fordham. Every fall semester a new one will be issued to you. Students must have already registered for their courses in order to receive their ID card. After your first year at Fordham GSE, you can pick up your ID card at your Division Office.

To submit your photo for your ID card, log into the MyFordham portal page, click on the New Student Tab and go to the channel below to upload your photo.

Your ID card will be available at New Student Orientation. If for any reason you are unable to attend the orientation, please pick up your ID card from your division office listed below:

Lincoln Center Campus Students:
  • Division of Curriculum and Teaching: Room 1102
  • Division of Educational Leadership, Administration & Policy: Room 1119
  • Division of Psychological and Educational Services: Room 1008

Westchester Campus Students:
Room: TBD

Continuing Students

A new Fordham University ID card is issued every fall semester to continuing students.  Please pick up your new ID card from one of the locations listed above.
