Students are liable for all tuition and fees at the time of each semester's billing. Tuition and fees must be paid on or before the invoice due date. The University reserves the right to cancel registration or bar further registration, and to not release any transcript or record until all financial obligations are satisfied. Delinquency of outstanding balances, including those from deferred or other payment plans, are subject to collection by the University or a designated agent. Students will be liable for any costs incurred in the collection of delinquent accounts. Checks should be made payable to Fordham University. There will be a $20 penalty and handling charge if a check is returned from the bank for insufficient funds or for any other reason. Should this occur, the University may require settlement of any subsequent obligations with cash or certified check.

New York Tution Assistance Program
Residents of New York State who will be enrolled at Fordham in a full-time program leading to a degree may be eligible for a Tuition Assistance Award. The exact amount of the grant is determined by the financial need of the individual student, as indicated by the yearly net taxable income of the family. Please contact the office of Financial Aid at Rose Hill for more information.
FEDERAL LOAN PROGRAMS
Graduate students may apply for loans under the Stafford Loan and/or the Unsubsidized Stafford Loan Program and the Supplemental Loan for Students (SLS). The student must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen, be matriculated, and be enrolled for at least six credits per semester to apply. To apply, a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be filed with the appropriate agency. Once a student receives the processed Student Aid Report, the loan can be requested through the Office of Student Financial Services.
