Visiting Professor in Pastoral Care and Counseling
Fordham University's Graduate School of Religion and Religious Education (GRE) is committed to cultivating academic competence, scholarly research and ministerial skills in religious education and pastoral studies in accordance with its Catholic, Jesuit tradition. GRE seeks a visiting professor in the area of Pastoral Care & Counseling. Clinical experience and openness to online teaching are required. The successful applicant will have a Ph.D., publication record and current research agenda, and evidence of teaching effectiveness. Appointment is for academic year 2010-11 with the possibility of renewal. Applications must include: a letter of application, CV, statement of teaching philosophy, one sample of scholarly work, and evidence of teaching effectiveness. Visiting Professor in Religion and Religious Education

The position's foci are teaching and advising MA and Ph.D. students, though a secondary competence in "Adult, Family and Community,” or “Peace and Justice,” or “Life Span Education” is welcome. Applicant will have a Ph.D., a timely research agenda, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and openness to online teaching. Appointment is for academic year 2010-11 with the possibility of renewal.
