Insights on Neuroplasticity for Spiritual Care
Recent findings in neuroscience have revealed the importance of contemplative and mindfulness practices for calming the fear and stress regions of the brain. This workshop will provide an understanding of how the findings can be applied to the work of pastoral and spiritual care, helping those in our care to generate less fearful and anxious perspectives on life.
