BARBARA KAIL   Associate Professor 


Dr. Kail received her B.A. from Bryn Mawr College and her M.S.W. and D.S.W. from Columbia University.  Her twenty-year research career has focused on female substance abuse, with a current emphasis on the treatment needs of Hispanic women and survivors of domestic violence.  Dr. Kail teaches graduate courses in research methodology with an emphasis on statistical techniques and program evaluation. She has served as a consultant to the National Institute on Drug Abuse and the Bronx Consortium for an Integrated Response to Violence Against Women and Children.
