SUSAN BAIR EGAN Assistant Dean
Dr. Egan received her B.S. from Ohio University and her M.S.W. and Ph.D. in Social Work from Fordham University. She oversees the M.S.W. program for 1400 students at two campuses of the Graduate School of Social Service and directs student services at the New York City campus. Her dissertation focused on multiple role female graduate students, role strain, and culturally competent organizational practice. Her previous research was is the area of parenting education for women in substance abuse recovery.
