The Interdisciplinary Center for Family and Child Advocacy
The Interdisciplinary Center for Family and Child Advocacy is a combined initiative of Fordham University's School of Law and Graduate School of Social Service, with participation from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
The Center responds to the clear need for service among some of New York's most vulnerable populations and to the equally clear need to increase interdisciplinary collaboration in advocacy and service delivery. To this end, the Center is ingaged in projects in the following three areas.
- Graduate Education and Professional Training
- Community Collaboration and Advocacy
- Research and Scholarship
The Center embodies Fordham University's simultaneous focus on excellence in education and scholarship and service to the community.
