The Fordham Center's participants who successfully complete the program receive an executive education certificate issued by both the Graduate Schools of Social Service and Business Administration. Each participant is assigned a mentor for one year, who is a present or recently retired CEO of a nonprofit organization, to meet with as often as desired to discuss personal or professional issues relating to nonprofit leadership.

Three consecutive Saturday classes are offered at both the Lincoln Center and Westchester campuses. This certificate program — jointly issued by the two Fordham Graduate Schools — provides an in-depth understanding of the business and social change skills needed to advance in the nonprofit field.
