Social Work Continuing Education: Self Care for Social Workers

Often, the title social worker goes hand in hand with the term career burnout. In fact, 75% of social workers report experiencing burnout, which has been linked to increased sick time, poor work performance, long term disability and a general feeling of oppression by work.

In our bimonthy Self-Care for Social Workers class, you will practice different stress-relieving skills with your peers.  Classes are held once every-other month on Tuesdays from 6:30PM - 8:00PM (Light Refreshments Provided Beginning at 6pm)

The next dates are:
April 29, 2014
June 24, 2014 (Last class until Fall 2014)
All classes can be taken separately, but space is limited.
Fee for this course is $15 ($7 for students).
