East 81st Street
Fordham Graduate School Housing Services is offering a limited number of studio and one-bedroom apartments to Fordham graduate school students. These newly renovated apartments are located in a quiet Upper East Side neighborhood on East 81st Street between York Avenue and East End Avenue.
Here are some of the details:
Great location (one block from the East River) quiet neighborhood, and easy access to bus and subway stations.
Most occupants are Fordham graduate students (Law, MBA, Education, and Social Services).
Friendly super is always there to attend to your housing needs
The apartments are unfurnished, but are equipped with refrigerators and stoves.
The buildings are walk-ups, no doorman, but with security intercoms.
There are plenty of coin-operated laundry machines in the basement.
Affordable rents: $6200 per semester for a studio and $8300 per semester for a one-bedroom.
Low security deposit: $500. No Brokers Fee.
Occupancy periods are for the academic year, with an option to renew for additional periods.

If decided, sign the Residence Agreement and send a check for 1st month rent + $500 deposit.

Graduate House - Rose Hill Campus
The office of Residential Life has recently opened graduate housing just steps away from the Rose Hill Campus
Here are some details:
Each apartment includes five furnished single bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a furnished living room and dining room and a full kitchen.
A total of 9 single-gender apartments, accomodating 44 graduate students.
On-site graduate housing manager
Available to full-time graduate students only.
9 or 12 month occupancy agreements.
Affordable rents: $7,265 for 9 months $8,280 for 12 months - a $200 housing deposit is required.
