CBA Service Learning



The Jesuit Philosophy of education men and women for others is exemplified in this program, which is designed to offer students an opportunity to integrate their business course work with a community service project. The program allows students to earn one additional credit for a course by working with a non-profit organization in addition to their coursework. In most cases, the director of the program, Dr. Katherine Combellick, will have multiple placements available for interested students but a student may also seek their own non-profit placement. In any event, all placements and work to be preformed must be approved by the director of Service Learning Program, and thus, students are encouraged to meet with her before registering.
