Biological Sciences: Tutoring for Introductory Biology II and Biological Concepts I will be offered in Larkin Hall, 1st Floor Lounge M-W 4:00-5:00 and R 5:30-6:30.
Chemistry: Student tutors are available in the Chemistry Help Room to tutor students in General Chemistry. The schedule is as follows:
Classics: See your instructor if you are having difficulty. A graduate student will be assigned to you to provide assistance.
Computer & Information Sciences: The Computer Science Tutorial Room is located in JMH 312.
Computer Science Tutorial Room Hours: M-F 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
English: The Writing Center is located in Dealy E-533 and can be reached by phone at extension 4032. Students can sign up for appointments outside the room.
Economics: The Tutoring Center is located in Dealy E-545. Call extension 3149 or sign up on the schedule board outside the room to reserve a tutoring session. The e-mail address for the center is ecotutor@fordham.edu.
Mathematics: The Math Help Room is located in JMH 410. Math Room Hours: M – F 9:30-4:30 (There will be some gaps in tutoring throughout the day, so please check the hourly schedule of professors on the door.)
Modern Languages & Literatures: Student tutors are available in the Modern Languages and Literatures Department in FA 551. For a detailed tutoring schedule, please see the posted sheet rooms and times in the Modern Languages and Literatures Department in FA 551. The Language Lab in Keating B25 also assists students with the Modern Languages.
Language Lab Hours: M – R 9:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.; F 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; Sunday 2:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
Physics: Student tutors are available throughout the week and meet in Freeman 205. Contact the Physics Department secretary in Freeman 208 or at extension 4175 for a list of tutors, their available days, and e-mail addresses.
