Please download, open, and complete the protocol you wish to use and then email it to irb@fordham.edu along with any informed consent letters, assent statements, etc. which are specific to your project. If possible, please include all documents in a single file. After completing this, please send two printed copies of all relevant paperwork to the physical IRB office.
