Fordham University's Human Resources Department is comprised of Benefits, Employment, Labor/Employee Relations, Training and Information Systems. Institutional Review Board (IRB)
The mission of the Institutional Review Board at Fordham University is to work cooperatively with researchers in the Fordham community to assure standards are met for the conduct of research with human subjects. All research conducted by members of the Fordham community is subject to review and approval by the IRB.

Procurement
The Office of Procurement is charged with: establishing, maintaining, and strengthening alliances between the University Community and its vendors by acting as the University's primary consumer advocate and vendor researcher; attaining the best required & requested goods and services at the best possible, most competitive cost without sacrificing and compromising quality, honesty, integrity, and fairness.
