Application Questions
What is the difference between the three track options?
Students are allowed to choose to take courses during one of three times: Fall, Spring, or May. If a student takes courses during the May track, he or she takes part in the three-day intensive Theories and Applications in Contemporary Ethics seminar, and also has the option of taking additional classes.  Students who are interested in spending one or two full semesters at Fordham may apply for either the fall or spring tracks.  Students who wish to complete the full Master's in Ethics and Society degree (10 courses) may apply for admission and scholarship funding. Note:  application for admission to the MA Ethics and Society program requires GRE scores

How do I submit my application MATERIALS for the scholarship?
You may submit  your materials to ethics@fordham.edu. You may mail your transcripts to the Center for Ethics Education. Dealy Hall, Room 226. Bronx, NY 10458
When is the application for the scholarship due?
 If you are applying for the May 2013 track, applications are due March 15.  If you are applying for the Fall 2013 track, applications are due June 1st. If you are applying for the Spring 2014 track, applications are due November 15th

Do I have to supply GRE and/or TOEFL scores?
TOEFL scores are required to be considered for all tracks. You only need to provide GRE scores if you are planning on applying to the full MA program.
 
 Scholarship Questions
 Are housing and food costs covered by the scholarship?
 The scholarship only covers housing if a student wishes to reside in Fordham University Housing during the course of his or her studies. St this time, the scholarship is not able to cover food costs. The student is responsible for food costs. Each Fordham housing unit includes a full kitchen.

 What are the housing options?
 Fordham University provides housing options for graduate students. Information can be found on the Graduate School of Arts and Science’s website, as well as through the Residential Life Office.

 When do classes begin?
Depending on which track option a student chooses, classes will start in the beginning of September (Fall track), the middle of January (Spring track), or mid-May (May track).
