Ethics at Fordham


In addition to the work sponsored by the Center for Ethics Education, there are a variety of other forums within Fordham University through which students and faculty may engage in probative ethical research and discussion. These include (but are not limited to):

The Ethics Working Group
The Ethics Working Group promotes the collaborative study of theoretical and applied ethical issues in an interdisciplinary setting. Topics are determined by the interests of the group; potential areas include bio-ethics, environmental ethics, issues of social justice, science and technology, and professional ethics. All departments are encouraged to join. The Ethics Working Group is sponsored by the
