MCGANNON CENTER HOSTS EMMA BOWEN FOUNDATION CONFERENCE
The Donald McGannon Communication Research Center hosted the annual conference of the Emma L. Bowen Foundation for Minority Interests in Media, an organization devoted to increasing the opportunities for minorities in media professions. The event (held June 12-15, 2004) brought over 100 students from around the country and featured an array of well-known speakers, including Today Show News Anchor, Ann Curry.
