MCGANNON CENTER DIRECTOR APPEARS ON NBC NIGHTLY NEWS

McGannon Center Director Philip M. Napoli appeared on the NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw on Tuesday, September 21st to discuss the growth of web logs (blogs) and their increasing influence on American politics and journalism.  The story revolved around the recent controversy over apparently forged documents used by CBS News in its story on President Bush's National Guard Service, and the role that bloggers played in bringing the forgery issue to light.
