Welcome to the Office of the Associate Vice President – Faculty Personnel. We serve the academic personnel needs of the faculty, departments and schools. If you have a payroll question, need a salary verification letter, have a question about personnel procedures, or need assistance in a variety of other personnel matters, we are here to assist you.

The Office is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of faculty appointment, reappointment, tenure, promotion, and merit awards. The Office also manages the phased retirement program, the processing of stipends and check requests, and adjunct contracts. The Office maintains faculty files and the faculty activity report database. We provide data to the Schools and the Faculty Senate on staffing and open lines. Finally, the Office supports retired faculty through the counselor to retired faculty.
