ATT: Application for Admission
A completed Affidavit of Support must be received by the Institute before an I-20 application form can be issued. If funds will be provided by any person other than the student, the sponsor must complete the form and have it notarized. The form must be submitted along with evidence of adequate financial resources to cover educational and living expenses for the intended period of study. Proper documentation includes an official bank letter, or an employer's letter stating the salary of the student or the sponsor. If someone is offering the student free room, board (meals), or other "living expenses," a letter from that person stating the arrangement should be submitted. No copies or faxes will be accepted.
