TRADITIONAL ESL COURSES

Writing, Grammar, and Reading
Students improve the accuracy of their English by studying grammatical structures, which they use in class discussions and in written responses to readings. Students learn how to organize compositions by learning different approaches to writing, and by reading and analyzing essays and articles.

Summer 2013: Monday & Wednesday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, $700.00 per session

Speaking, Listening, and Vocabulary
In this course - by working in pairs, groups, or with a whole class - students study and practice listening and speaking skills. Developing fluency is the major emphasis of this course. Grammatical accuracy is also stressed.

Summer 2013: Tuesday & Thursday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, $700.00 per session

Combined Skills
This course focuses on improving all skills: writing, reading comprehension, speaking, and listening.  An emphasis is placed on the study of grammar in context, vocabulary expansion, and increased fluency. 
 
Summer 2013:  Level  3-4  Monday & Wednesday, 1:00 - 4:00 pm, $700.00 per session
