DIRECTIONS 
The International and Study Abroad Programs Office is located in the basement of the Walsh Library on the Rose Hill campus in the Bronx. The Lincoln Center International and Study Abroad Programs Office is located across the street from the Leon Lowenstein Building in midtown Manhattan. ISAP STAFF

Ronald S. Méndez-Clark, Director
A native of Puerto Rico, Dr. Méndez-Clark organized Fordham’s Office of International and Study Abroad Programs (ISAP) in 2000 and has served as the ISAP Director ever since. He earned his Bachelor’s degree at the Universidad de Puerto Rico, and a Masters and Doctorate in Romance Languages and Literature from Princeton University. Dr. Méndez-Clark first came to Fordham University as a Spanish Instructor in 1978. Prior to his appointment as Director of ISAP, he served as Associate Chair of the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures and as Director of the Latin American and Latino Studies Institute. He is the author of Onetti y la (in)fidelidad a las reglas del juego and his article publications cover his areas of research on Latin American fiction, translation, Caribbean/Latino Studies, and, more recently, international education.

Joseph Rienti, Assistant Director 
Mr. Rienti studied abroad at the Universite de Paris, Sorbonne for one year while pursuing his BA in International Political Economy and French from Fordham College at Rose Hill. Upon graduating from Fordham, Mr. Rienti taught high school English at Lycee Charles le Chauve in Roissy-en-Brie, France as part of an Ambassade de France and Fulbright Commission partnership. He has also worked as a Financial Aid Counselor at Fordham. Mr. Rienti earned an MA in Humanities and Sciences from Fordham's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and a M.Phil. in French Literature from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. Mr. Rienti is currently completing a Doctoral dissertation in French Literature. Mr. Rienti has taught French courses at City College and at Fordham University and has traveled throughout France and the Francophone world. Mr. Rienti is a dual citizen of the US and the United Kingdom. Since joining ISAP, Mr. Rienti has served as Coordinator for International Programs and advises students on scholarships and other sources of study abroad funding.
