Prof. Booi Themeli
Fordham University, Department of Economics
A member of Fordham's Department of Economics, Prof. Themeli is a native of South Africa whose teaching areas include Privatization and Development and the Economies of Sub-Saharan Africa. Prof. Themeli is the recipient of the Rockefeller and Fulbright fellowships and has been Co-Director of Fordham's IPED's short term programs since their inception in Pretoria and Manila.

Prof. Antoinette Lombard
Head of Department of Social Work and Criminology, University of Pretoria
Over the past fifteen years, Prof. Lombard's research has been linked to the transformation of South Africa since 1994. In both her professional and research activities, Prof. Lombard has been particularly supportive of efforts to bring changes to the social welfare sector in South Africa so that it becomes more accessible and inclusive.

Mr. Raymond Perrier
Director of The Jesuit Institute of South Africa, Johannesburg, South Africa
After running a marketing agency in New York, Mr. Perrier was for six years a Jesuit Scholastic (seminarian) for six years. He led a project for the Jesuit Refugee Service in Uganda accompanying Southern Sudanese refugees who were moving from the UN camps back to their homes. He has also worked for NGO's working with the homeless, undocumented migrants and in overseas development. Since 2010 he has been Director of The Jesuit Institute. He has Masters degrees from Oxford University (Theology), London University (Philosophy) and the London School of Economics (Human Rights).
