| Affidavit of Support |

The Affidavit of Support is required to issue the SEVIS I-20 or DS-2019 for all incoming international students. It can be submitted with your application or later on after the admission decision has been finalized. Check with your department. You can download this form along with the instructions if you click the link below. This form can be used for almost all schools at Fordham.
This form currently has financial information from 2012-2013.
Please DO NOT email us to find out when your I-20 will be mailed. We understand that all students have urgent requests because of their upcoming visa interview, and we do our best to mail out I-20s in a timely fashion. It generally takes 1-2 weeks for your I-20 to be mailed, once we have received all the proper documentation, and the student has responded with their desired mailing option. The less time we spend responding to requests about when it will be ready, the more time can be spent on getting it done! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. |
