Student Studying

Welcome to the website for the Department of Biological Sciences at Fordham University. The faculty of the Department is committed to excellence in teaching and research at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Our programs are designed to help students develop the intellectual and technical skills needed to pursue careers in modern biology. State of the art research laboratories in Larkin Hall, at the Rose Hill campus, and at the Louis B. Calder Field Station in Armonk, NY, allow students to experience scientific research techniques first-hand. Graduate students can focus their studies in two areas of specialization within the Department – Cell/Molecular Biology and Ecology. Click here for information on the department's Graduate admissions, outcomes, and other data.
