Nathan H. Albstein Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Chemistry Department is pleased to announce the creation of the Nathan H. Albstein Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund at Fordham University. This award is established through the generosity of the Albstein family in memory of a former Fordham University employee and friend. The scholarship is merit-based and will be applied toward the senior year tuition of a chemistry major. The recipient will be selected by the Chemistry Department based on the following criteria:

• Declared major in chemistry

• Demonstration of academic merit (minimum 3.3 grade point average)

• Full-time enrollment in Fordham College at Rose Hill

• Senior class standing (students will be selected at the end of their junior year to receive the award toward senior year tuition expenses)

The 2005 Awardee was Jacob Casey.
