Career Planning and Placement Service
Students in the Graduate Program in International Political Economy and Development (IPED) are entitled to use the resources of the University's Career Planning and Placement Office. The Career Planning and Placement Office is located in Room 224 of the McGinley Center at the Rose Hill Campus. Their telephone number is (718) 817-4350.
Each Fall, Career Planning offers a special orientation session exclusively designed for IPED students. Throughout the year students are urged to use the resources of the office for conducting job searches. The office also maintains an extensive list of internship possibilities. Students can also obtain assistance in writing resumes and in conducting interviews. The Career Planning and Placement office will also maintain a credential file of recommendations that can be sent to prospective employers before and after graduation. The University's Career Planning and Placement Office also sponsors Job Fairs and On-Campus Recruitment.
