Founded in 1979 through the generous financial support of the US Department of Education, the IPED Program is a Member of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities and an Affiliate Member of the Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs (APSIA). The IPED Program is also affiliated with the US Peace Corps through its participation in the Peace Corps Fellows/USA Program. And through its participation in the Equator Initiative, the IPED Program is a partner with the United Nations Development Programme.
