Engineering Physics Major

What do you want to do?

Laser and Optical Engineering?      Semiconductor Engineering?
Medical Engineering?                 Technical Project Management?
Architecture?           Education?            Business?
Graduate School in Engineering?

It's all about flexibility!

The Engineering Physics Major couples a strong physics base with the flexibility to pursue a variety of possible applied subjects.  We require a minimum of four courses that form a coherent group, but the major provides room to take up to eight courses in an area of your choice.

Shown below is a sample curriculum.  We teach a number of courses within the department which would prepare you for a career in Laser and Optical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or Medical Engineering.  Other courses are available within the University to prepare you for a career in Architecture, Education, or Project Management.  Come see us for examples of possible courses or bring us your ideas.
