Phys 1602: Introductory Physics II
RESEARCH INTEREST
My primary area of research is transport properties of novel semiconductor systems in confined geometries (zero-, one-, and two-dimensions). I also do research on the physics of nanostructures in solid-state devices and quantum field theory methods in condensed matter physics.
