Michael Chajewski, President chajewski@fordham.edu
Michael Chajewski (http://www.chajewski.com) was born and raised in Nürnberg, Germany. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Experimental Psychology from the Honors Program of the University of South Carolina. He completed his Masters of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City with a concentration in experimental/quantitative methodology.
Currently, Michael is a second year doctoral student in the Psychometrics-Psychology program at Fordham University. His research interests include Item Response Theory (IRT) model fit assessment, missing data impact (imputation / maximization / optimization algorithms), statistical software programming and latent variable modeling. |

Jae Osenbach, Vice President osenbach@fordham.edu
Jae Osenbach, a first year student, earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Seattle University, and is working towards her Master of Arts in Psychometrics. She has three years of professional experience as a research associate in the Psychiatric Department of Harborview Medical Center, a Level-I trauma center in Seattle, Washington; where she focused her research on the effects of PTSD on injury patients and produced a publication on legal affects.
Jae is a member of the American Statistical Association, Psi Chi, Alpha Phi Sigma, Lambda Alpha Epsilon, Phi Theta Kappa, and the National Criminal Justice Association. She was also previously a Student Executive Council representative and has held the offices of Webmaster, Vice President, and President during her undergraduate years. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her daughter, driving her husband (and co-officers) batty, and attempting to ruin as many recipes as she can. |

Stephen Cubbellotti, Treasurer cubbellotti@fordham.edu
Stephen is a first year psychometrics doctoral student. He has earned a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from Marist College and will be completing a Master of Art degree in Research, Statistics, and Measurement from Southern Connecticut State University this summer. His prior research studies have been in education and spirituality, but he is not limited to such fields and wishes to expand his research base.
Besides psychometrics, Stephen's other passions include music, spirituality, and fung shui. |

Jodi M. Casabianca, Secretary casabianca@fordham.edu
Jodi, a third year student, earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Statistics and Psychology and her Master of Science degree in Statistics from Rutgers University. She has over 5 years of professional experience as an analyst at Educational Testing Service and The Mount Sinai School of Medicine where she gained proficiency in both SAS and Stata. After two years of serving as the President of FCAP, she is currently the Secretary of the Fordham Council on Applied Psychometrics.
Jodi’s research interests include differential item functioning, IRT and multivariate methods. Her recently completed Master's thesis involves the application of statistical equivalence testing to Mantel-Haenszel DIF detection, or equivalent item functioning (EIF). She plans to extend this work to a Bayesian form (BEIF).
For fun she enjoys spending time with family/friends, watching movies, cooking, traveling and dancing. |
