The Diversity Initiative of Fordham University promotes the development of an academic community that celebrates diversity. We are committed to raising awareness of theory involving racial/ethnic/religious minorities, feminist issues, and lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender identities.   The Fordham Council on Applied Psychometrics (FCAP) seeks to provide a community within Fordham to foster the development of highly-skilled professional psychometricians. It does so by hosting conferences, colloquia and workshops and visiting testing companies and potential employers.
