2 Entry level assistant professor positions at Lincoln Center:


cultural Anthropologist with Middle East focus
sociologist with criminology/criminal justice focus

The Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Fordham University was unable to complete its job searches for the above positions during 2008-09 due to cautionary budget tightening on the part of the university in the wake of the national credit difficulties. These positions remain open and will be filled temporarily until hiring suspensions are lifted. This may happen as early as next academic year, if economic prospects improve. We regret the inconvenience and disappointment to applicants and look forward to a resumption of search activities in the near future.
