Curriculum Vitae

Combining my interest in philosophy, theology, and literature, the choice of studying religious texts in the Judeo-Christian tradition came naturally. My focus on Hebrew Bible within Biblical Studies wing in a theology program arose from a fascination with mythic-poetic quality in literature. My current research for my dissertation centers on the metaphorical meaning of the people of Israel as the "inheritance" of the LORD in Deuteronomy 32:8-9 , drawing on Ancient Near Eastern backgrounds of the language.
