Daniel Reginald S. Kim

Reg Kim received his A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley in History where he wrote his thesis on early Christianity. His doctoral work has focused on early medieval biblical exegesis and gender and identity construction. His research attempts to negotiate the reception of late antique Christian texts and the production of Carolingian commentaries. He has taught Byzantine Christianity, Early Christian Writings, and Faith and Critical Reason. This fall, he will be teaching Augustine, Aquinas, and Luther.
