Undergraduate Research 


Participation in undergraduate research enables students to experience what it is like to be a scientist while also greatly enhancing student learning in the classroom. Whether during the academic year or the summer, numerous undergraduate students are actively engaged in scientific inquiry and investigation at all of our campuses,as well as the Louis Calder Center, Fordham’s Biological Field Station. Working alongside faculty members, research scientists, graduate students, and upper-level undergraduate students, our students experiencethe thrill and excitement of being a scientist, contributing to the advancement of scientific discovery and understanding our natural and physical world.
