The program has often been cited by students as being like an academic family. The intellectual relationship that develops from discussions around the seminar table is only the kernel in the community that grows among students and faculty members.  Special activities and events planned throughout the year reinforce and celebrate the Honors community. Many of these activities make use of New York City’s rich culture, while many others take place in and on Alpha house and lawn—right in our own backyard!
